To brew: making real Gallic Roman beers

Our ancestors brewed beer and transmitted their knowledge about brewing by oral tradition. Today no written information about the brewing has been found whatsoever and for the same reason Malagne do not possess preserved recipes either.

In order to revive these traditions we had to base us on the methods of the XIXth century that might have been close related to Gallic Roman practices. They way in which is brewed today also draws our attention.
