As Samhain approaches, step into a timeless day at Malagne…

In the afternoon, discover a demonstration of how daktylas were made — ancient finger-shaped biscuits baked in our reconstructed bread oven… and, of course, enjoy a taste!

As Samhain is a time of special communication with the underworld and marks the transition into the cold season and the beginning of a new year… come and listen to the signs!

Together with Sandrine and Michel, Malagne’s fortune-tellers, let yourself be guided by the cards, the stars, the horoscope of the day… Or perhaps entrust a message to your ancestors before sending it into the flames.

At 5 pm, follow Maëlle, your guide through the world of shadows, on a torchlit walk through Malagne’s Gallo-Roman villa. By the flickering light of the flames, discover rituals and customs from Antiquity…

A day filled with traditions, mysteries and archaeology, to enjoy with family or friends.

And if you wish, come dressed up or in costume and fully immerse yourself in the mysterious atmosphere of Samhain!
